MetaData Submission Form

Metatdata is the visually unseen key-wording and text information which is loaded into an image; it is used by search engines and programs to identify and determine the relevance of an image. Impregnating images with metadata increases website hit rates and rankings by markedly improving the keyword strike rate on the page. This is essential in an online market-place where customers are viewing your shop window through the images on your website; Please consider your keywords carefully, if you are unsure, consider what keywords your target audience would search for when seeking your service/product, or similar products. try not to be too broad, as search engine algorithms are wise to the hacks of men; do your best to keep it accurate, precise, and relevant.

Rename Image Files?

What would you like the files to be renamed to? For example, your business name? The type of set? The files usually will have a sequenced suffix which follows the prefix. If this is left bank, the default file name will be "chasing light [files sequence number].jpeg/.png" etc

Title

A short readable title for the image, if left blank, this will be your file name.

Caption

This allows you too load captions to images, where in some programs (such as Facebook) the captions may* be automatically displayed. What would you like yours to say? Custom File Output specifications

In as much detail as possible, please specify the file sizes, ratios, measurements that you require. All care will be taken to preserve the file integrity but to meet your format requirements, some cropping may occur or resolution may be reduced. Please contact Roxy if you are unsure. PPI = (Pixels per inch), standard print resolution is 300ppi, native output is 24ppi, and Facebook compression is generally 72ppi (as a rough indicator)
