We love what we do, and we want you to love it to – so here are a few things to keep in mind so that you can have the best possible professional photography experience.

Promotions and Specials
To allow us to give you the best possible service, please let us know at the time of making your booking if you are using a voucher, or booking under a promotion or special.
How to pay
Upon deciding on your time and date for your photo-session, an invoice will be procured, of which payment is required by the specified Due date* unless otherwise specifically stated in writing.
We welcome payment by internet banking, pay pal, or credit card. Our account details can be found at the bottom of your invoice.
*We reserve the right to charge interest and/or collection costs on any outstanding monies owed.
Rescheduling
We want your photo shoot to be a wonderful experience, and we understand that some days are easier than others. If for whatever reason your child is not feeling up to it on the day, then please feel free to phone and let your photographer know – You will not lose your deposit. We can always reschedule, and children always come first.
If you need to reschedule, we ask that you try to give us as much notice as possible, as we may have other clients who might like to use your appointment slot.
Travel costs
We are based in the Taranaki. We are happy to travel within the North Island, however distances of more than 30kms from Stratford may incur travel costs, which we like to keep fair and minimal. Please ask if you think travel costs might apply to you.
Digital Negatives
As a part of our service to you, we provide you with a disk of digital negatives from your photo-shoot. Once the photo-refinement process is complete, this will be posted to you via NZ Post. If you require additional copies of the disk, these can easily be purchased for $20. Please specify where the additional disks are to be posted to.
